Due to rising fuel costs across Australia, we are currently unable to offer free shipping on orders.

We hope to reintroduce this in the near future and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days, depending on location (remote areas may take longer).
All orders include full tracking, provided via your dispatch confirmation email.
Dispatch days are made Monday to Friday only.

We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system for U.S. orders to ensure a smooth, transparent delivery experience with no surprise customs charges.

Here's how DDP works:

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
You pay these fees upfront alongside your order total.
The carrier later invoices us, and we manage all customs processing on your behalf.

This allows your package to clear customs faster and more efficiently.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking details for both domestic and international orders will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
