DELIVERY INFORMATION: AUSTRALIA WIDE

CosiG Studiowear offers free standard delivery to all customers within Australia for orders of $175 and over. 

Orders under $175, a flat rate fee of $12.00 applies.

*During our big sales Free shipping will no longer be applied on any order. eg Black Friday, Boxing Day to name a couple.

*These must be physical products and exclude gift cards.

Express delivery

• We offer an express delivery to most areas for a flat rate fee of $15.00 (within Australia).

Shipping times within Australia - Standard

• Delivery times for standard shipping depend mostly on location and take 1 to 7 business days, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. All parcels are sent with full tracking information - details of which are sent with your dispatch confirmation. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.

Shipping times within Australia - Express

Delivery times for express delivery are typically 1-3 business days. Major metro areas are typically the next business day after dispatch.

All parcels are fully trackable - details are sent with your dispatch confirmation.

CUSTOMS

Customs may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure. (USA customers will be charged on every package coming into the country)  Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:

Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price of shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.

The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s. Payment of duties and taxes are due at/prior to delivery.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added prior to the purchase that may be required (if applicable).
